1: As a returning player, you won't need an invite. Feel free to switch it up!

2: The main OOC restrictions are listed in the FAQ - that is, what can and can't be apped, and that new characters start with a full Path (so 10 skills) and their optional canon skill. IC, nope! While the full story of how our newest Reclaimers arrive will be revealed in time, they can be assumed to have arrived the same way as the pre-existing Reclaimers - though you're certainly welcome to AU them into a Faerun native if you wish.

Follow up to question 1 - the character cap is 2 per player, does this mean if we had only one character in Balance we can bring them and a piece of fresh meat? (There was a character I wanted to app in the last open app round, but I was not fated to get a reserve)

Correct! You would be able to bring your previous character and an entirely new one, or two completely new characters, or only one. The choice is yours.
