Quick q: We obviously have a network comm, but no one has used it yet, so ... this may be a stupid question but the network IS functioning, right?

Also, if it is, are there some people with not all their memories back who might not know how to access it? Do they get some type of notification if private messaged by someone who DOES remember how to use it?
